Palmyra Aquatic Club

When:     July 28, 2011

Where:    Picnic Area behind the Palmyra Area Community Pool

Time:      Please plan to arrive at 5:30 pm, with dinner beginning at 6:00 pm

Cost:       $6.00 per person

PAC would like to invite our swimmers and their families for an evening of fun and fellowship.  A picnic-style meal will be served, followed by a brief recognition/awards ceremony and video.

 

In keeping with the picnic theme, each family is being asked to bring at least one item from the attached list.  The list of items will be posted on the internet for your reference.

Pulled pork, BBQ Chicken, hot dogs and drinks will be provided.

Please RSVP to Lisa McKee at MCKEEDL@comcast.net no later than July 22, 2011.

Please include the following information with your RSVP.  Name, Number of people attending and the item you will bring (i.e. McKee, 4, potato salad).

Checks can be made payable to PAC.  Checks and money may be placed in Lauren McKee’s ribbon folder or mailed to Lisa McKee, 891 S. Green Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.

Bring any extra chairs and blankets, along with towels and swim suits.  The Palmyra Community Pool will remain open for PAC swimmers and their families until 9:00 pm.
