Palmyra Aquatic Club

Home of the SHARKS

With all of our hard work coming to an end in just a few short weeks, PAC would like to invite our swimmers and their families to an evening of celebration and relaxation.  A picnic style meal will be served, followed by a brief recognition/awards ceremony, and, of course, SWIMMING!!   For those of you who can’t get enough swimming, the Palmyra Community Pool will remain open for PAC swimmers and their families until 9pm. 

 

When:  July 29, 2010

Time:  Please plan to arrive at 5:30p, with dinner beginning at 6p

Place:  Picnic area behind the Palmyra Area Community Pool

Cost: $6 per person

 

Pulled pork and BBQ chicken will be provided by Randy Lee’s BBQ (a division of Martin’s Country Kitchen).  PAC will provide hotdogs.   

 

In keeping with the picnic theme, each family is being asked to bring at least one item from the attached list. 

 

RSVP to Becky James at beckyjames24@comcast.net no later than July 20, 2010

 

Please include the following information with your RSVP.  Name, number of people attending and the item you will bring.  For example, James, 4, potato salad.   A list of items still needed will be posted on the internet for your reference.

 

Checks can be made payable to PAC and checks or money may be placed in Ryan James’ ribbon folder or mailed to 23Charleston Drive, Annville, PA 17003.

 

Bring any extra chairs and blankets, along with towels and swim suits and we will see you on July 29^th!!
